Recently during a match, the following 2 situations happened.
1) A1 took the 2-point shot from outside the paint area, the ball was tipped by A2 for 1st time and when A2 again tried to tip the ball inside the basket an offensive interference was called by the official.
2) A1 took a 3-point shot. When the ball was in the air a 24-sec device sounded. The ball did not touch any player or the ring or board and went out of bounds.
What should be the workflow in the above situations?
