This is a Non-Mandatory update and includes the following fixes:

1. Further Webcast Connection Improvements. 

      - FLS now handles several cases when it previously would not attempt to auto reconnect. 

      - When a connection is lost, FLS now checks connection status and re-establishes those in 5-10 second intervals.    

2. Error/inability to open application (Both for first time and after using auto updater) 

3. Fix for Nationality Code in the TV Feed for Officials. 

4. Other general technical improvements and fixes.
